Packages are not eligible to be claimed with health fund rebates.
Validity:
Packages are valid from 12 months of purchase and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
We require a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will incur a 50% fee. Failure to attend will result in a charge of 100%.
